MethodK and its providers are established outside the European Union. Canada benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. For providers established in the United States, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The site sets a single cookie, which remembers the language you chose. It is necessary for the site to work and does not require your consent. No analytics, no advertising.

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
