CASE STUDY · LEARNING & SKILLS

MySelfExplore, the platform powering Self Explore.

LXP deployed at our major-account clients for individual profiling, collective facilitation and mediation. Multi-tenant architecture, real-time manager dashboards, ready-to-use workshops. Hosted and operated by MethodK.

Our managers took over in 3 weeks. Today they run their own team workshops without calling us.

Brief

Move beyond PowerPoint for individual diagnostics.

MethodK's People and Learning practices were using paper then Excel questionnaires for individual profiling. Time-consuming debriefs, non-aggregatable data, no memory across sessions. Goal: a proprietary platform that digitalises the full profiling journey and enables autonomous client usage.

Constraints

Strict GDPR · regulated personal data.

Collected data (profiling, self-assessment, team climate) is regulated personal data. Encryption at rest and in transit, EU hosting, manager-segmented access rights, anonymisation for aggregates. No nominal data leaves the client tenant.

Approach

Strict multi-tenant · parametric workshops · role-based dashboards.

Tenant-isolated data, EU hosting. Library of parametric workshops (individual profiling, team workshop, collective mediation, harassment prevention). Dashboards by role: learner, manager, HR, direction. Autonomous mode after onboarding: client operates alone.
