Aria Health, the booking platform for a clinic network.
Network of 14 clinics specialised in ophthalmology and dermatology. Unified multi-site, multi-practitioner booking platform with Doctolib and Maiia calendar sync. HDS (French Health Data Hosting) compliance integrated from scoping, annual CNIL audit.
“We had 14 different booking systems. Today one, and our patients can book at any of our sites without calling three times.”
Unify 14 heterogeneous booking systems.
Each clinic in the network used its own booking software (Doctolib, Maiia, paper diary). Patients had to find the clinic before finding a slot. Direction had no consolidated view. Goal: a common front platform, sync with legacy tools, and a real-time pilot dashboard.
HDS compliance · bi-directional sync with third-party calendars.
All health data hosted on certified HDS. No storage outside EU. Bi-directional sync with Doctolib and Maiia: every booking made on Aria Health surfaces in the legacy system, and vice-versa. Time-conflict handling, practitioner buffer windows, specialty rules.
HDS hosting · adapter pattern · real-time dashboard.
OVHcloud HDS hosting. Adapter-pattern architecture: each legacy system has its own adapter, the internal API is unified. Booking engine with distributed locks to avoid double-bookings. Real-time direction dashboard with occupation rate per practitioner, per site, per specialty.
